Prediction markets. In development.

Conviction deserves
clear terms.

Pact is building a more transparent prediction-market experience. Visible trading costs, readable order books, and settlement rules you can inspect before you commit.

Pre-launch concept. Trading is not yet available.

PACT / PRODUCT THESIS01 — CLARITY FIRST

Our founding commitments

Costs before commitment

Rules before results

Evidence over assumptions

The product blueprint

Less guesswork.
More informed decisions.

Built from a documentation audit of Kalshi, Polymarket, Myriad, and Novig. These are design priorities—not claims about a live product.

01 / MAKE THE COST LEGIBLE

The price is only part of the trade.
Our proposed approach: fees at execution, a simple fee breakdown at order entry, and a $0 maker-fee policy. Final rates and incentives will be published before launch.

02 / SEE THE OTHER SIDE

Depth, not just a headline price.

We plan to show available quantity, bid-ask spreads, and order-book depth together. Live refresh and historical depth are research priorities; liquidity is never guaranteed.

03 / KNOW HOW IT ENDS

Defined outcomes. Inspectable rules.

Our target is rules-based settlement with a named outcome source and automatic crediting. Binary contracts would pay $1 for a winning outcome and $0 for a losing one.

Payout is not profit. Purchase costs and fees still apply, and a losing contract can lose its entire purchase value.

No evidence? No claim.

The audit did not establish comparative liquidity, idle-balance yield, or discovery quality. Those questions remain open—not promises dressed up as features.

Start with the evidence

Better markets start
with better questions.
